Meet Phil, a Member of the Jacksons Fencing Family

Phil is one of our expert welders and has been with Jacksons Fencing for more than 8 years. He likes to get involved with the ‘big stuff’; the larger projects where he can get stuck in and stretch his knowledge and experience further.

Phil has progressed from trainee to trainer whilst at Jacksons, helping to introduce welding to a new generation and showing them how to be the best in their field. His skills and knowledge have been developed with training and through mentoring by his more experienced colleagues. Now Phil has become the trainer and has a passion for passing on his knowledge to new recruits.

Like Phil says, ‘There are never enough questions to ask in a job like this.’

From working on prototypes and innovation projects to larger jobs, and projects for overseas, Phil’s passion for welding and delivering the best result every time is plain to see.
